SUMMARY:

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a skilled Product Manager with a strong understanding of the FinTech or SaaS landscape, a passion for building impactful products, and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal stakeholders, engineers, and customers. You are data-driven and always focused on delivering high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end product development process, shipping high-quality products and features regularly
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define project milestones, create timelines, and form project teams. Lead meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Write comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria for key product features
- Lead integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring products meet both functional and technical requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and develop new features that meet strategic business goals
- Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical advisor to customers, while designing and implementing product changes that address customer needs
- Refine the value proposition for the features or modules owned by your team and help prioritize changes based on overall product impact
- Conduct market research in collaboration with other teams, examining customer feedback, technology trends, and industry regulations to identify product opportunities and gaps
- Perform experiments to test hypotheses and inform decisions regarding new product features or enhancements
- Own the success criteria and performance metrics for specific product features or modules and work to achieve them
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on product management and releases, including evaluating trade-offs, adjustments, and feasibility
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support articles to ensure internal teams and customers have the resources they need
- Present to customers and assist sales teams in gathering feedback, refining product positioning, and tailoring features to meet customer segment needs
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management or developing digital experiences, particularly in SaaS products, payments, financial services, or small business tools
- Experience working within a modern agile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on product objectives
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional product experiences
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
- Coding experience or familiarity with development processes
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Confluence, GitHub, VSTS, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity, PowerBI, or Salesforce
