As we pivot from B2C to a B2B model, we aim to deliver a comprehensive solution that streamlines operations, enhances client management, and increases productivity for legal professionals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager with UI/UX design expertise to lead the creation of this SaaS platform from scratch. This role is crucial to defining the product vision, validating data points, and designing an intuitive, user-friendly interface for lawyers and law firms.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution:

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a world-class SaaS platform.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand lawyers’ and law firms’ pain points and opportunities.

Customer-Centric Development:

Build detailed personas for lawyers and law firms to design user-centric features.

Gather and analyze feedback to ensure the product meets user needs effectively.

End-to-End Design Ownership:

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the platform.

Ensure the design is highly intuitive, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

SaaS Product Development:

Work with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient features such as client management, document automation, billing, and analytics.

Define and prioritize features while ensuring seamless integration with design and development efforts.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use data points, metrics, and analytics to validate product ideas and measure the success of new features.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap.

Act as a bridge between the design and technical teams, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to development.

Startup Leadership:

Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be hands-on in driving the startup’s success.

Take ownership of the product’s design, development, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and managing SaaS products, preferably in a B2B or LegalTech space.

Strong UI/UX design skills with proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Deep understanding of lawyers’ and law firms’ workflows (LegalTech experience is a plus).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).

Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly SaaS platforms.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
