Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Spearhead the development of new product features and systems, ensuring alignment with the overarching product vision and its successful execution.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including quality assurance, guaranteeing a seamless transition from concept to launch.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to inform product strategy, scope, and decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Product Support to secure product success at every stage.
- Assume full ownership of product decisions, exhibiting autonomy while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically with SaaS application products.
- At least 1 year of experience within a startup environment.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, coupled with a proven ability to drive initiatives forward and foster collaboration across teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset—eager to learn, engage, and contribute effectively.
- Solid technical expertise, enabling meaningful discussions with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are met.
