Product Manager (Remote)

Randstad Federal is seeking a Senior Product Manager in support of a program at IRS

location: Frederick, Maryland

salary: $70 – 80 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Lead role understanding the application of Product Management within the context of a Federal Agency for services as a product as well as physical form of services. Key skill involves understanding the Product Lifecycle within context of contemporary product management.
• Experience in defining and building new products is highly desired.
• Demonstrable skills in strategic thinking, market sensitivity, user-centric approach, data analysis, agile, prioritization, and performance metrics analysis.
• Must have product Roadmapping experience with a variety of different techniques tied back to prioritization derived from pain point analysis and metrics derived from Customer Experience (CX) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) metrics.
• Experience in assessing and filtering insights, generating and framing insights; and Generating ideas with the end goal of making insights and ideas actionable.
• Core competencies include strong written and oral communication skills, relationship building, and creative problem solving.
