We are now seeking a technically skilled and experienced Product Manager with expertise in delivery management to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging business objectives with technical execution, focusing on rebuilding and optimising our digital platforms, including websites and integrated systems. In this role you will advise on system architecture, website infrastructure, and platform integration while effectively managing delivery and change processes. Reporting to the CEO, this permanent full-time role will join our business model of working remotely and can be based anywhere in Australia. You will need to be comfortable aligning your working hours to AEDST. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the redesign and redevelopment of websites, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and performance optimisation
• Provide technical guidance on website infrastructure, including hosting, CMS platforms, and integrations with third-party systems
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications
• Support the creation and refinement of workflows and processes to improve collaboration with software vendors
• Evaluate and recommend modern technologies and frameworks to enhance digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal and external developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Plan and manage website rebuild projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive technical execution, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards
• Facilitate change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and platforms across the organisation

To be the right fit for our role you will have:

• Proven experience in website architecture, design, and rebuild projects, including CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Storyblok (experience with Storyblok is a significant advantage)
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud-based hosting solutions
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance optimisation
• Expertise in delivery management, including setting up workflows and processes to work effectively with software vendors
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to delivery
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Healthcare industry experience is required, given the sector-specific needs of this role
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
