Product Manager Singlepoint Wfh (Remote)

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Product Manager – SinglePoint within our innovative SaaS company, specializing in AI-driven knowledge management solutions for competitive intelligence and marketing departments in large enterprises. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge SinglePoint platform, shaping its strategic direction, and driving product development to provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with both corporate objectives and customer priorities.
• Collaborate with competitive intelligence and marketing teams to identify and address their unique challenges, ensuring the platform meets their needs effectively.
• Partner with Management, R&D, and Engineering teams to enhance our AI capabilities, incorporating the latest advancements in technology.
• Employ Agile methodologies to streamline product development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics such as adoption rates, user engagement, and customer retention to evaluate product success.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to create persuasive product messaging and promotional materials that highlight the platform’s value proposition.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing AI-enhanced products, preferably in the realms of knowledge management, competitive intelligence, or marketing technology.
• In-depth understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within an Agile framework effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with product management tools and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product management, particularly within a SaaS or B2B technology context.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Salary: (80,000 – )130,000 Annually
