Key Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of the product vision and ideation process, collaborating with service designers and strategists to define the service’s design, business model, pricing, and operational needs.
- Lead the service discovery initiatives, engaging with financial advisors to collect valuable feedback and insights on service performance and areas for growth.
- Design, implement, and manage pilot programs with diverse cohorts to A/B test features and operations, utilizing a data-driven methodology for enhancement.
- Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses to build strong business cases for new services.
- Assemble and direct a talented team from discovery through full launch.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic group of strategists, designers, and analysts within the New Ventures Labs framework.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to present the vision, share progress, and make informed business decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Extensive experience in business and product management, or strategy consulting.
- Knowledge of sales processes, including funnel optimization and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with Lean Startup methodology and human-centered design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business and product management/development, or strategy consulting, especially in corporate strategy or innovation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing or Lead Generation.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in rapidly growing companies focused on market offerings and operational scaling is greatly advantageous.
