Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee the development, launch, and iterative improvement of complex features and systems that align with our product objectives.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring quality assurance and seamless execution.
• Conduct comprehensive research and synthesize insights to guide product strategy and decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Product Support to ensure successful product launches and transitions.
• Own product decisions, demonstrating autonomy while aligning with company goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally with SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a startup environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to propel projects forward and encourage team collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-starter approach – capable of taking initiative and navigating challenges independently.
• Technical proficiency, including the ability to comprehend intricate systems, database structures, and APIs.
