We are currently looking for an exceptional Product Manager – Digital Way of Working who will help us drive our mission in bringing innovative workplace experiences, data-driven decision making and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across the world.

The Product Manager – Digital Way of Working will be a key link between the technical teams and the business, delivering productive, scalable and successful tech solutions across Global Marketing.

Who are you?

Above all, you are passionate about new marketing technology solutions. Confident in your project management expertise, you are great at management of vendors and development teams focusing on building and prioritizing business requirements. You have strong experience in product ownership and/or digital product management. Building product development roadmaps, tracking delivery, conducting UATs, managing stakeholders… are the activities that you face on daily basis. You have working experience (7+ years) in software development or product management environment. You have exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a large range of stakeholders in commercial, digital, content and IT. You show an understanding of available functionality and processes, while capturing feedback and putting customer insight/analytics at the heart of your thinking. Being a strong and creative problem-solver with a can-do proactive approach, you are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure and meet the deadlines to deliver best-in-market engaging digital experience and products which retain and delight the users.

Experience with Adobe Workfront, Azure DevOps, Intercom, agile practices and system integrations projects are a plus.

What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibility

Experience with Adobe Workfront
Co-creating a scalable product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partnering with IT and vendors on solution development
Designing operations strategy for market implementation
Capturing market requirements
Building and prioritizing requirements pipeline
Educating and consulting the markets on solutions
User behaviour, performance and activity analysis
Ensure user adoption and retention
You will be responsible for product management
Identify and mitigate risks, solving complex challenges with scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform development and ensure timely delivery of features.
