About the Role – We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Electric Vehicle Charging Station Management Systems (CSMS), particularly in fleet management applications. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Enterprise Energy Management Systems (EEMS) and practical experience with system architecture or site deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and market needs, driving adoption and success in a highly competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the CSMS and fleet management space.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to EV charging management systems and enterprise EMS solutions.
• Craft clear, compelling product messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of CSMS and EMS offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-time zone teams to ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
• Leverage system architecture knowledge to guide product positioning and customer discussions.
• Provide technical insights and support for customers during the sales and implementation phases.
• Identify and address pain points specific to fleet management operations, ensuring product alignment with market requirements.
• Work on integrating enterprise EMS capabilities into CSMS to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field​, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready messaging.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and marketing platforms.

Pay range and compensation package: $110,000 – $165,000
