Job Overview
As a distinguished leader in IT and streaming solutions, our company is at the forefront of delivering exceptional online experiences. We are seeking a driven and passionate Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing initiatives for a designated product group within our global PR & Marketing department. In this pivotal position, you will serve as the vital link between product development teams and marketing/PR teams, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies that are in harmony with product objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing authority for a specified product cluster, ensuring strategic alignment between product priorities and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and collateral.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance on strategic execution and fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including PR, digital marketing, and events, to enhance market visibility and drive product growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to ascertain customer requirements, industry trends, and potential growth avenues.
- Formulate and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and product targets.
- Manage product launches and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring coherent messaging across all platforms.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly assessing campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in product or performance marketing, particularly within a global or multi-product context.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to manage diverse products and teams across regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across various teams.
- Experience in crafting and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, encompassing digital, social, PR, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and marketing automation.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on analyzing market dynamics and customer behavior to inform strategy.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product or performance marketing.
