Product Operations Manager (Remote)

expert who’s ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our

product operations, working with brilliant minds to ensure our cutting-edge

solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively. If you thrive on collaboration and

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute strategies that streamline product development,
• launches, and lifecycle management.
• Dive into data to uncover insights about product performance, user
• adoption, and market trends, helping us make smarter decisions.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies, making sure our teams work together like a
• well-oiled machine.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to align on
• goals and deliverables.
• Manage and enhance the tools and systems that keep our product
• operations running smoothly.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and
• ensure we’re meeting their needs.
• Work with our compliance and security teams to keep our products secure
• and regulatory-ready.
• Report on metrics and progress to keep everyone informed and aligned.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have a track record in product operations, project management, or a
• related field, ideally in tech or data security.
• You understand the ins and outs of product lifecycle management and go-to-
• market strategies.
• You’re analytical and love turning data into actionable insights.
• You’re comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or similar
• platforms. ProductBoard is a plus!
• You’re an excellent communicator and organizer, able to juggle multiple
• projects and priorities.
• Experience in cybersecurity or data protection is a big plus.
• You have a degree in business, technology, or a related field (bonus points
• for advanced degrees).
