We are looking for a Product Owner to work with international projects:
Project Enviroment:
• Device Client Management: Manage laptops, mobiles, Windows, MAC, printers, and other management solutions.
• Intune MDM: Implement policies, deploy applications, configure settings, manage Autopilot, and handle device imaging.
• SCCM Management: Manage SCCM servers, collections, application deployment, and device imaging.
• Hardware Catalog Management: Select, test, and benchmark hardware, and maintain contact with manufacturers.
• Data Mindset: Read dashboards, structure KPIs, and analyze Intune Graph and SCCM databases.
• Printer Management: Manage print contracts, MS Universal Print, Uniflow, YSoft, and overall printer management.
Skills:
• Agile Methodology: Understand and apply agile methodologies, including user stories, epics, and Scrum/Ban methodologies.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Jira for product management and ServiceNow for ticketing needs and ticket management.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (fullenglish project)
• Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment.
• Documentation: Write and prepare RFI, RFP, architecture documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Presentation Skills: Easily present products and projects in meetings with strong speaking skills.
