Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and enhancing online experiences? We’re seeking a Product Owner (f/m/d) to lead the continuous optimization of endress.com. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our digital product and content marketing strategies, ensuring our website is not only discoverable but also deeply engaging for our customers. Your focus will include boosting organic visibility, improving user experiences, and driving conversions.
As a key player in a dynamic and agile team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align efforts and champion an agile mindset across the organization. Together, we’ll make endress.com a leading destination that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
What is the role about? As a Product Owner (f/m/d), you’ll join a team of five dedicated professionals managing endress.com. Your primary responsibility will be driving the performance of our upper funnel while enhancing our content strategy to significantly increase organic traffic, customer engagement, and conversions. You’ll bring a proven understanding of digital content marketing, including how to create high-performing, discoverable content. While our team already works with an agile mindset, we need your expertise to further embed these principles across the organization, ensuring we deliver consistent customer value.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Own the Product Backlog: Manage and prioritize tasks to align with the product strategy and team roadmap, ensuring high-level strategies translate seamlessly into actionable deliverables.
- Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data-driven insights and customer feedback to improve upper-funnel and content-related aspects of the website.
- Boost Organic Performance: Co-develop product and content strategies to enhance organic visibility, ensuring the website ranks highly in search results and drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with IT, UX, content creators, digital marketers, developers, SEO managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and impactful customer journey.
- Drive Agile Transformation: Champion agile principles and practices, enabling the broader organization to adopt an agile mindset for improved collaboration and efficiency.
- Measure and Improve: Define, craft, and prioritize user stories while monitoring their impact on business outcomes, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
- Align Stakeholders: Maintain and refine the endress.com roadmap, integrating insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
- Hold a degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Have approximately five years of experience as a Product Owner or IT Product Development Manager. (~5 years)
- Have a deep understanding of SCRUM and agile methodologies, with proven hands-on experience (SCRUM certification is a plus).
- Possess expertise in upper-funnel performance strategies and content creation that drives organic search visibility.
- Have extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Are a data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, strong intercultural sensitivity, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Are fluent in English; proficiency in German or any additional language is an advantage
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
