Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in managing large-scale Salesforce project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API integration with Mulesoft, coupled with management experience overseeing multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the enhancement of Sales and Marketing Products within Salesforce.

– Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and technical resources.

– Define and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and ROI, ensuring continuous delivery of features and enhancements.

– Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

– Utilize Salesforce capabilities to design and implement solutions that optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.

– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

– Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

*Must-Haves:

– 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, with a proven track record in managing large-scale Salesforce project initiatives.

– Proficiency in API integration, specifically with Mulesoft.

– Strong management experience, including overseeing multiple internal teams and managing project budgets.

-Salesforce Marketing and Sales Products

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Plusses:

– Experience with ERP systems and Equipment management.

– Familiarity with BA (Business Analyst) roles, Object Manager, and Scrum Master responsibilities.

– Knowledge of Mulesoft, Azure, and AS400 platforms.

– Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize costs associated with Salesforce implementations and integrations.
