What are we looking for?

• Product Owner Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a Product Owner, including managing product backlogs, crafting user stories, defining product roadmaps, and setting priorities.
• SAFe Proficiency: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), with practical experience in SAFe preferred.
• Data Expertise: Experience working with data-driven products, data analytics, or data platforms is highly desirable.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development, system architecture, or technical concepts is a plus.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to articulate product vision, align cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration to achieve objectives.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above);
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card – mandatory requirement.
