What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary product manager for Very Small Business Self Serve launch requirements during design and implementation phases
• Drive scoping workshops to produce new business requirement documents for features in the Very Small Business backlog
• Provide detailed business direction to engineering teams through drafting features in Azure DevOps and hosting requirement deep-dives
• Lead day-to-day tactical meetings, including program/project schedules and status reports
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration between business and engineering teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8-10 years of overall experience in Product Program Management, Project Management, or Product Launch
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)
• Adept verbal and written communication skills, able to refine messaging for target audiences
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete deliverables
• Experience generating business requirement documents and user stories for new feature requests

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in CRM tooling or eCommerce tooling
• Experience in Small Medium Business
• Familiarity with D365
• Previous Microsoft experience
