Product Project Manager (Remote)

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Product Project Manager to work on projects for several of our international clients. The Product Project Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking product releases across several projects. Will monitor in detail all tasks progress and budget allocations, will report frequently to management on budget allocations and risks. This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Project Manager and experience with the Casino Industry to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Daily program/project governance throughout the life cycle
• Will oversee development progress working with department leads.
• Build and maintain a strong project plan with a clear schedule, track timelines, scope, cost, budget of the product release.
• Build processes within the team, organize and manage workload
• Oversee development progress working with departments leads, managing risks and issues and propose/drive corrective actions
• Partner to manage stakeholder expectations
• Develop project goals and plans to meet those goals
• Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Coordinate and monitor all the activities related to the project: gather requirements, set up tasks for the team, control the performance, prepare the reports
• Evaluate tasks, prioritize backlog, set deadlines, and monitor their implementation
• Communicate closely with both internal engineers and clients
• Work closely with a product owner
• Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict solving skills

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing product development and projects
• 5+ years of experience utilizing project management software, such as Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Basecamp
• Experience working with Java Cloud
• Experience with product research, competitive analysis, market report
• Experience with budget management and Project management
• Scrum/Agile certification
• Experience running software project (agile or other methodologies)
• Senior Stakeholders management
• Project reporting to senior management
• Excellent communication skills — fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to interface and communicate with clients, including top-level management and key stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities
• Experience allocating teams to complete projects within timeline, budget, and scope
• Ability to create alternative solutions to allocation, time, and budget constraints
• Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans
• Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks
• Willingness and ability to make difficult, complex decisions
• PMP, CSM, CSPO, or other project management-appropriate certifications.
• Ability to maintain a positive work attitude
• Initiative and drive to do great things
