We are growing rapidly and looking for high-performing individuals to join our newly formed Research & Ideation Team. As a Product & Automation Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in defining Madda’s offerings and exploring new verticals and opportunities for automation and AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the leadership team to ideate, research, rank, and prioritize new business verticals and tailored product solutions.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for proposed solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with the design team to create mock UIs and prototypes for potential client solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and tests to understand client needs and market perception.
• Perform in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify automation opportunities and gaps in the market.
• Research roles across industries to understand which workflows and functions can be automated and define the scope of future solutions.
• Present research findings and hand off approved product concepts to development teams to bring them to life.

About You:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product research, consulting, or a related field.
• A background in product development, automation, or workflow optimization.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a proven history of delivering actionable insights.
• Passionate about AI tools, automation, and digital transformation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Ready to work hard and excited about Madda’s mission to transform business operations.
