Professional Services Consultant Sr (Remote)

As an Epicor Consultant, you will be working with our customers on the implementation of our visionary ECM software solutions. You will either take the lead on projects independently, working side-by-side with our customers to guide them toward a successful solution delivery, or fulfill the role of a subject matter expert on a larger team. You are the trusted growth partner for your customer and will initiate implementation as quickly as possible, so your customer can be up and running. You will take the lead on ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth implementation of our software.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coach and mentor PS Consultants, ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery, and interact with members of cross-functional teams.
• Assist the Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for an area of the project.
• Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations.
• Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks, ensuring all deliverables in your area of responsibility are delivered on time and on budget.
• Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers, perform customer core team training, and keep up on skills/certifications for new or enhanced products.
• Obtain a certain level of certification in an area outside of core competency.

• Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, demonstrating strong project management skills and a solid technical background.
• Perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, and monitor the performance of project tasks.
• Be customer-centric, results-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work independently, with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
• Exhibit expertise in all core modules of the software and demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Range

Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USD
