- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including work breakdown structures and performance metrics
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes
- Provide monthly status reports to the Project Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative
- Manage the workload of a diverse team of developers and technical administrators
- Analyze business requirements and conduct requirements elicitation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools
- Experience with lifecycle and project management methodologies, including SAFe, Agile, and Scrum
- Strong leadership and customer service skills, with experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal organizations
- Familiarity with Data Migration and Syndication within the VA
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or any related certification
