Summary:
Control Tower Program Manager will report into the Project Operations team and lead the centralized reporting, governance, communications, and planning processes for Powin’s Control Tower program. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives, driving process improvements, and fostering accountability at all organizational levels.
Job Details:
- Drive comprehensive program management for Powin’s Control Tower, developing and implementing robust reporting, governance, and communication processes.
- Serve as the strategic interface between project teams and senior leadership, translating complex technical and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated governance frameworks that enable efficient decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead end-to-end program execution, identifying and proactively mitigating risks while maintaining alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Define, track, and report on key metrics and KPIs to monitor program health and performance.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that synthesize complex data into compelling, strategic narratives.
- Continuously optimize Control Tower processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology, energy, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively to executive audiences, with polished presentation and influencing skills.
- Expertise in building governance frameworks, managing escalations, and driving alignment at the leadership level.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher) or demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Remote opportunity within the United States with the ability to travel as needed for business.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with location, experience and relevant skills. The national Average Base Salary Range is $112,000 – $155,000. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
