Key Responsibilities
As The Program Manager, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and Managing Programs: Oversee the complete project cycle to ensure that program objectives are achieved, timelines are met, and deliverables surpass client expectations.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact between the consultancy, government clients, and essential program personnel, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Ensuring Program Success: Assess, integrate, and coordinate assigned programs to fulfill strategic goals.
- Overseeing Documentation: Manage the preparation and submission of all essential program documentation to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Driving Strategic Impact: Develop, implement, and interpret program strategies that resonate with client objectives and contribute to overall program success.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Expertise in Federal Contracting: Proven experience with federal contracts.
- Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a potential three-month probation period to evaluate supervisory skills.
- Specialized Knowledge: A minimum of two years of specialized experience in program management, including:
- Developing and executing program oversight strategies.
- Evaluating and analyzing program effectiveness.
- Contributing to high-level initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven supervisory capabilities with experience in team leadership.
- At least two years of specific experience in program management.
