What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide management and support for virtual care operations personnel
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational processes
• Collaborate with the Practice Medical Director on business operations and budgeting
• Address operational issues proactively and ensure a high-quality patient experience
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of personnel

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related administrative or clinic management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and personnel practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and operational practices
• Experience with healthcare systems and insurance claims

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Duke accounting and personnel systems
• Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on virtual care services
• Strong interviewing and supervisory skills
