What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with a multi-functional project team to ensure timely completion of energy efficiency program tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness
• Manage subcontractors, monitor adherence to program plans, and develop solutions to program challenges
• Oversee utility program performance, including financial management and quality assurance
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for program advancement and growth

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in energy resources, sciences, sustainability, business, engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in project management or delivering energy efficiency programs
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver successful project outcomes
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with agricultural energy efficiency in California
• Knowledge of electric end-use equipment such as lighting and pumps
• Familiarity with agricultural end-user characteristics and markets
• Industry certifications including BPI, PMP, or CEM
• Professional affiliations with organizations such as AESP, MEECA, or ASHRAE
