Qualifications
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing all services related to the cybersecurity contract.
- Developing and executing effective staffing strategies to fulfill program demands.
- Offering strategic guidance to multiple teams engaged in interdependent projects.
- Monitoring project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones and outputs.
- Preparing and delivering reports to government Program Managers.
- Identifying potential risks proactively, devising mitigation strategies, and communicating these to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with task leads to ensure alignment and the successful realization of program objectives.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity services, including staffing and risk management.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
