As a Program Manager II in the Voice of the Customer team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a system to collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback from various channels, then translating those insights into actionable plans to improve the overall customer experience across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive change based on customer needs

As a Program Manager II, you will be responsible for-

• Designing and execute a VoC strategy using surveys, interviews, and digital tools to capture customer feedback.
• Managing feedback tools and platforms to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Analyzing feedback trends to identify pain points, improvement areas, and root causes of customer issues.
• Developing dashboards and reports to share actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with teams to implement customer-centric improvements and measure their impact.
• Presenting insights to leadership, align teams on goals, and promote a customer-first culture.

• Have ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights from customer feedback.
• Have track record in managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and budgets are met.
• Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting insights to diverse audiences.
• Have Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, and SPSS, and feedback platforms like Qualtrics and Salesforce.
• Have Demonstrated ability to align technical skills with customer-focused strategies for impactful outcomes.
