Program Manager Instructor Wfh (Remote)

You will lead a team of dedicated adjunct instructors, ensuring the excellence and effectiveness of our curriculum while promoting student success. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and uphold the accuracy of our IT Career Prep program.
• Develop and implement new instructor policies and procedures to bolster team success and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate across departments to provide an exceptional training experience for our students.
• Track and analyze student success metrics, including job readiness and certification rates.
• Design and execute impactful curricula for IT Career Prep courses.
• Train and guide adjunct instructors to foster their professional growth.
• Generate transparent reports on student outcomes to enhance program quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards for all programs.
• Maintain accurate instructor records and documentation as per compliance regulations.
• Contribute to creating a positive and innovative learning environment.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in instructional design and the development of technical training programs.
• Strong program management and project management abilities.
• Prior teaching experience coupled with relevant industry knowledge in recruiting or career services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Background in preparing students for careers in IT is advantageous.
• Experience in IT program management or technical project management is a plus.
