Program Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive program plans,establishing clear objectives,deliverables,and timelines for multiple cloud and AI projects.
• Develop and execute product-led growth strategies for data and GenAI products that align with its core functionality.
• Own the end-to-end user experience, crafting a value proposition that resonates with both internal and external users, focusing on how analytics and Generative AI can augment creative work Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to bring data and GenAI products and services to life while also facilitating growth Responsibilities include technical product ownership, process and systems analysis, requirements elicitation, articulating system solutions and approaches for addressing business needs Collaborate with product managers,engineers,and other stakeholders to gather project requirements,define project scope,and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules,budgets,and resource allocation plans,optimizing resource utilization and ensuring project feasibility.
• Proactively identify,assess,and mitigate program-level risks,implementing strategies to minimize delays,cost overruns,and quality compromises.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously,balancing competing demands and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Oversee and guide the work of project managers,providing mentorship,support,and ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies. Conduct regular program reviews and retrospectives to evaluate progress,identify areas for improvement,and implement best practices.
• Communicate program status and progress to senior management and stakeholders,providing clear and concise updates,reports,and presentations.
• Champion continuous improvement within the program team,encouraging innovation,feedback,and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud and AI technologies and trends,evaluating new tools and methodologies for potential adoption and program enhancement. Contribute to the development and refinement of program management best practices,documentation,and internal knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management,Business Administration,or a related field
• 8+ years of experience managing multiple complex cloud and AI programs,demonstrating a proven track record of delivering programs on time,within budget,and to the required quality standards.
• Healthcare domain experience is requird
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms,such as AWS,Azure,or Google Cloud Platform,and their application in various cloud-based programs.
• Familiarity with AI technologies,such as machine learning,natural language processing,and computer vision,and their integration into program deliverables. Expertise in program management methodologies,including Agile,Scrum,and Waterfall,with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively to different program types and team dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,capable of clearly articulating program plans,progress updates,and risk assessments to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to identify and resolve program-level issues effectively,minimizing disruptions and ensuring program success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,demonstrating collaboration,leadership,and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving program goals.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills,capable of managing multiple projects,meeting deadlines,and maintaining a well-organized program environment.
