Defense Systems Engineering (DSE) Air and Missile Defense

Job Summary
We are seeking an individual to lead a team that supports a proven missile system for both U.S. and international owners. As part of a highly qualified team of U.S. government and prime contractor engineers and analysts, you will play a vital role in defense.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve Product Support Manager (PSM) product support strategies.
- Assist the PSM in developing and implementing comprehensive product support strategies for a major Army weapon system.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Department of the Army regulations for Type Classification (TC) and Materiel Release (MR).
- Apply experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP).
- Generate and refine ideas into final products, ensuring appropriate cost analyses are documented to validate the product support strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 15 years of experience in a related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate large volumes of data, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and report writing skills.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with various databases and software systems.
Qualifications
- Level III Life Cycle Logistics Certification.
- Experience with the PATRIOT Missile System.
- Master’s Degree in related field
