Your focus as a Program Manager will be on developing a business-wide view of all committed or planned work to deliver to our customers and our businesses strategic priorities. You will have your finger on the pulse of changes to any agreed work items, and the impact these might have on our delivery outputs or timelines.

You will be adding key value by creating increased awareness, both internally and externally, of progress or changes to each program of work and any downstream impacts this might have on ours and our customers business goals. That will include regular proactive alignment with Engineering and Product, developing progress reports, as well as maintaining risk and issue registers.
What are we looking for?
Proven track record in Project Management/ Program Management in an Agile environment.
You are very good at joining the dots. You understand how any project changes impact other activities across the business and you also know how to effectively communicate this information to other impacted or interested stakeholders.
Ability to work across all levels and to collaborate effectively in both technical and commercial context.
Very good organizational skills. You can efficiently document and keep track of planned and committed work.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Prior experience in Tech is advantageous; non-Tech experience is also welcome – we appreciate diversity of thought.
