Program Manager (Remote)

We are in search of a Program Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. The role is within the industry, where you will be expected to oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are executed successfully.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the development of comprehensive project plans, including the allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to define the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects.
Conduct regular project meetings, including initiation meetings, status updates, and reviews.
Proactively monitor project progress and implement necessary corrective actions to manage potential risks or issues.
Foster a supportive team environment, providing guidance to project team members.
Track project expenses and manage project budgets, ensuring financial constraints are adhered to.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and available for future reference.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program management.
Evaluate project outcomes to identify potential areas for improvement or optimization.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Program Management role or a similar field
Demonstrable proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology
Solid understanding and experience in managing budget processes
Extensive knowledge in Change Management
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
Ability to perform capacity planning effectively
Proficiency in utilizing Smartsheet for project management tasks
