What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee, monitor, and manage regulatory and contractual requirements related to government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Serve as the primary internal contact for informational requests and contract interpretations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for all lines of business, including timely submission of required reporting
• Collaborate with functional area owners on state requirements and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion
• Develop and maintain regulatory work plans and educate internal staff on changes to regulatory contracts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed care environment, including Medicare and Medicaid
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Medicare compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
