Program Manager Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Program Manager II to join our innovative team, focusing on the management and operation of client supply chain compliance and transparency programs. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to program timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage the operational aspects of various programs.
• Develop and uphold program timelines to guarantee timely completion of all contractual obligations.
• Engage with clients by leading meetings to foster strong relationships and comprehensive understanding of their programs.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high professional standards for outcomes.
• Analyze and produce detailed program data reports to inform stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and materials for program events and initiatives.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to enhance relationships and retention.
• Collaborate in employee education and awareness activities.
• Participate in strategic planning activities to enhance program delivery effectiveness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding managed services.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and progress.
• Facilitate client onboarding processes, including initial software training and updates.
• Conduct recurring meetings with clients to discuss program status and project timelines.
• Provide guidance on medium complexity compliance inquiries.
• Complete necessary certifications related to Source Intelligence Product Compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in database management and data presentation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to operate effectively under pressure.
• Proficient presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior management using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to effectively juggle competing demands and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in policy, business, environmental sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Proven history of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
