Job Description
Remington College is seeking a Project Manager!
We want to hear from you if you’re a highly motivated professional with experience in Project Management, specifically in creating and maintaining policy and procedure manuals, assisting with ongoing training of College employees, and ensuring documentation of training and assessment is maintained appropriately with Human Resources. The Project Manager creatively implements staff training and development programming to support their productivity and enhance employee and student success. The Project Manager – TDNP’s primary goal is to improve employee position knowledge and performance to ensure improved College outcomes and consistent performance results. This role is also responsible for envisioning, developing, and delivering a comprehensive program to support the career-long development of staff across all areas of the College at the direction of the College President and General Counsel. The Project Manager-TDNP also facilitates the management of new program implementation to ensure all new programs are efficiently managed from concept through implementation. This individual reports to the College President.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all College policies and procedures and always operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
- Performs administrative functions directly related to developing and maintaining policy and procedure manuals, departmental training plans and results, and new program implementation guidelines and procedures while managing the program implementation process to ensure the timely completion of new program implementations.
- Assists the College with monitoring staff and department performance.
- Performs departmental audits in conjunction with compliance, regulatory, and other departmental leaders to ensure quality and consistent results are achieved.
- Confers with College officials to develop policies and procedures.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific subject matter areas under his or her administrative guidance.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other College personnel.
- Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the College.
- Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work.
Education/Experience Needed:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of experience in higher education administration and/or:
- Five (5) years of experience in records management, regulatory affairs, or similar
- Experience with Anthology and Brightspace
