What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide leadership and management of administrative duties for the efficient operation of the Division office
• Support the administrative needs of the Division Director and assist all Division personnel
• Coordinate with security officers to assist program personnel in obtaining and maintaining security clearances
• Review and recommend approval of program personnel expense reports and vendor invoices
• Assist with marketing and business development efforts, including administrative support for trade shows and events

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of ten (10) years of professional work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in managing an office environment
• Familiarity with the Joint Travel Regulations
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship required for necessary security access and background checks
