We are in search of an innovative and analytical problem solver to join our expanding Paid Media Team. As the Digital Media Lead, Programmatic, your responsibility will be to design, implement, and refine programmatic campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to bolster our flourishing Credit Card Vertical and meet our quarterly objectives for revenue and gross profit. We are looking for agile professionals who are passionate about paid media, eager to tackle stimulating challenges, and possess a robust background in utilizing data to drive success. This position serves as an independent contributor, reporting directly to the VP of Digital Media.

Salary Range: (88,000 – )108,000. Compensation may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, expertise, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand our Programmatic buying program from the ground up, including input on DSP selection, creative strategies, and logistical setups for optimal performance.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual organizational goals by optimizing inventory and performance.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, encompassing budget distribution, bidding, and performance analysis to ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure the promotion of offers aligns with compliance and targeting requirements while generating results.
  • Utilize enterprise-level data to create and execute exemplary retargeting programs.
  • Effectively communicate data-driven insights with the team regarding performance and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data to inform decisions that drive revenue and gross profit margins for this channel.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, to enhance channel performance.

Required Skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a high-level operator within top DSPs, overseeing monthly ad expenditures exceeding $250k, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proven expertise in using technical solutions, audience targeting, optimization, and strategic data integrations to achieve meaningful outcomes with DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, and/or StackAdapt.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing creative best practices and experience in optimizing campaign performance through Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
  • Strong analytical acumen and experience in data analysis, attribution, advertisement implementation, and platform integration.
  • Experience in developing strategy, identifying solutions, and communicating results effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
