Join our dynamic Paid Media Team as a Digital Media Lead, Programmatic, where you will harness your creative problem-solving skills and passion for paid media to drive data-driven success. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to architect and optimize programmatic campaigns for our Credit Card Vertical, achieving critical revenue and profitability objectives. As an integral member of the team, you will report directly to the VP of Digital Media and engage with cross-functional partners to develop innovative strategies that empower individuals in their financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive programmatic buying strategy, including selection of demand-side platforms (DSPs), creative methodologies, and performance logistics.
- Oversee full-cycle programmatic campaigns, focusing on budget management, bidding strategies, and performance analytics to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with targeting requirements to effectively market offerings and achieve optimal performance outcomes.
- Utilize enterprise-level data to design and execute exceptional retargeting initiatives.
- Leverage data insights to enhance revenue generation and improve gross profit margins.
- Collaborate with product, design, content, and analytics teams to boost channel performance.
- Regularly present performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and potential growth avenues to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic campaign management within leading DSPs (e.g., DV360, Xandr, StackAdapt), with budget management exceeding $250k per month; prior experience in the financial sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in audience targeting, optimization, and data integration techniques to yield significant results.
- Strong understanding of direct marketing creative practices, including experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
- Advanced analytical capabilities, with knowledge of attribution, ad implementation, and platform integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate strategies, resolve challenges, and effectively communicate results.
- High-level proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Competitive salary range: (88,000 – )108,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and location).
