The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of campaign management, ad technology, data analysis, and optimization strategies. You will be responsible for driving the performance of programmatic campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients. Campaign Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to meet client goals.
• Conduct audience research, identify key targeting opportunities, and define KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programmatic strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Campaign Management

• Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and Criteo.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and daily performance optimizations.
• Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, creative execution, and tracking.

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze data from campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B tests and other optimization techniques to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to internal teams and clients.

Ad Tech & Tools Management

• Stay updated on programmatic platforms, tools, and industry trends.
• Use ad technology platforms (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs) effectively to enhance campaign performance.
• Ensure correct implementation of tracking pixels and tags (e.g., Google Tag Manager, CM360).

Client Communication & Reporting

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and next steps.

Elevate Your Expertise: Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in DSP platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, or others.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, data interpretation, and optimization.
• Understanding of ad serving technologies and tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CM360).
• Solid knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
• Google Ads and/or programmatic certifications are a plus.
