Programmer Analyst (Remote)

We are in the service industry, located in Arlington, Texas, and are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our team. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Programmer Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be designing software solutions, writing code in various languages, and undertaking system functionality among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

Integrating software components into a fully functional software system.
Developing software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
Executing the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Writing well-designed, testable code.
Ensuring software is updated with the latest features.
Complying with project plans and industry standards.
Documenting and maintaining software functionality.
Deploying programs and evaluating user feedback.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
Producing specifications and determining operational feasibility.

Requirements

Must possess strong proficiency in .NET programming
Experience with Microsoft SQL is essential
Demonstrated ability to write SQL Stored Procedures
Familiarity with NHibernate or similar Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
