We are in search of a meticulous Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and project management assistance for the successful execution of the Physician Compare Website and the EPCS Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize meeting agendas, minutes, and reports with precision.
  • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings and webinars efficiently.
  • Support various project management initiatives, including monitoring project progress and maintaining essential documentation.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Assemble briefing materials and status reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Keep thorough records of all project activities, including meeting summaries and project documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, team members, and CMS components to fulfill project objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for drafting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Experience utilizing virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams for seamless meeting coordination.
  • Familiarity with document management systems for accurate maintenance of project records.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: Associate’s Degree or higher.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in a project coordination or administrative support capacity, ideally within healthcare or government sectors.
