This company develops beautiful, high-performance interior acoustics and industrial products with a simple goal: Create inspiring products for spaces where people come together to work, learn and live. Making waves on the global stage, the Australian-based team works hard to design and manufacture innovative products for award-winning interiors, both locally and overseas.
This is an amazing opportunity to roll out all aspects of sustainability, health & safety & green initiatives across the business. A large part of this will be ensuring safety standards & compliance are being met across the business. It will give you a unique view of the workings of a complex manufacturing business & be a trailblazer at a really exciting time of growth for the company.
The role will be a mix of being based in the Heidelberg, Bayswater & Richmond sites so a car is essential!
Please note will be fully relocating to Essendon Fields in September 2025 alongside all sites in the business.
About you:
• 2-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing
• Certification in Health & Safety highly regarded but not essential
• Strong people skills with the ability to negotiate and present to large groups
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
• Strong business acumen and highly numerate
• Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
