Savvy Venus has an awesome opportunity to be hiring for a Texas-based, fast-growing company seeking an exceptional and highly proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team and provide unparalleled support to the COO of the company. This role is vital to the seamless operation of the organization, ensuring that the executive can focus on strategic initiatives.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in fostering a productive and positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.
🔑Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Oversee customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion, monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables, utilizing project management tools.
- Collaborate with project leads, each managing their own teams, to ensure cohesive execution of project plans.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency across the teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO of the company and project leads, report, provide updates, and regularly communicate with the COO to assure technical accuracy of each project.
Customer Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, setting clear expectations on timelines, deliverables, and any changes in project scope.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project status, addressing any concerns and maintaining transparent communication.
- Coordinate between US-based customer teams and the internal teams to ensure alignment, seamless hand-offs, and effective issue resolution.
Process Implementation & Improvement
- Implement and maintain project management standards.
- Adapt processes to fit project-specific needs, ensuring flexibility without sacrificing efficiency.
- Implement and maintain effective project management processes, supporting the transition from startup-level workflows to more structured practices.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone remains informed and expectations are managed.
- Identify and escalate any potential roadblocks proactively.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between executives and various departments.
Problem-Solving
- Proactively identify and address issues that may arise, providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
🛠️ Who You Are?
- You have at least 2+ years of experience working as Project Coordinator, ideally in the B2B, tech company, with practical exposure to the project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday, or other.
- You have a strong grasp of technical processes, and you pick up new concepts with ease; you are tech-savvy, quickly adapting to new software and tools to boost productivity.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.
- You’ve experience working directly with customers (B2C or B2B).
- You understand OKRs and KPIs, and your organized, detail-oriented approach allows you to handle multiple responsibilities effortlessly.
- You proactively identify and address needs, ensuring smooth operations.
- You work independently with minimal supervision, fully owning tasks, and taking ownership from day one.
- Your communication skills ensure clear, seamless interactions across teams.
- You are strong-willed and determined, overcoming challenges with a positive attitude.
- You hold a degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant field, equipping you with the analytical and organizational skills.
💪🏽Great If You Have!
- Experience working with the Microsoft space: products, apps and services.
- You have experience working with US-based clients.
- Having experience in a startup or small-business environment is a plus, with a mindset suited to learning and growth in a dynamic setting.

🌎Location/Work Hours
- Type of employment: Full-time
- Work Monday to Friday
- Working hours: at least 9AM – 2PM CST/CDT coverage for the customers’ meetings; other 3 hours can be flexibly distributed
- Expected start date for this role is the beginning of December
- Trial period: 3 months
