- Manage, monitor, and collate feedback on the progress of projects and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate launch plans for new product creations across the operations team to ensure stakeholders are informed, and timelines and requirements are met.
- Oversee the audit plan for business operations.
- Update data on product catalogues of our product ranges.
- Develop process documentation for the Business Support department.
- Help with testing requirements as needed by the Operations team.
- Assist with order entry and basic enquiry resolution when required.
- Intermediate IT competencies in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Deliberate and effective attention to detail, disciplined prioritizing, and time management.

About the role
The Project Coordinator will drive projects across the Australian and New Zealand business to ensure seamless delivery. Connect with stakeholders across departments and work collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed in line with project timelines.
