We are seeking a versatile Project Coordinator who excels in fostering collaboration, facilitating communication, and driving project success within a dynamic environment. Serving as a key liaison between delivery and engineering teams, you will champion agile methodologies, a people-centric approach, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate embraces a servant-leader mindset and integrates seamlessly into our unique company culture.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Adaptability and Agile Facilitation: Demonstrate flexibility by tailoring agile methodologies to suit the company’s specific needs and promoting their adoption across teams.
Accurate Documentation and Communication: Maintain precise project documentation while enhancing communication strategies to facilitate efficient and inclusive meetings.
Alignment of Project Objectives: Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, scope, and deliverables among team members.
Progress Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor team progress, proactively identify potential risks or issues, and collaborate with project managers to develop effective mitigation strategies, addressing roadblocks promptly.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely updates on project status.
Cultivate Collaborative Environment: Promote a people-oriented atmosphere by championing a servant leader mindset, fostering collaboration, and prioritizing team dynamics for enhanced project outcomes.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise :
People-Centric Approach: Proven experience fostering collaboration, with a servant leader mindset and a focus on relationships.
Adaptability and Agile Expertise: Minimum 2 years in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to tailor methodologies to company needs.
Effective Communication: Excellent English skills and expertise in agile facilitation for efficient and inclusive meetings.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving project challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.
Negotiation and Coaching: Strong negotiation and coaching skills to drive optimal project outcomes.
