Job Overview:

Mister Mobile is seeking a proactive and organized Project Lead to support the Senior Strategy Manager in driving strategic projects and process improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination and Execution
  • Assist the Senior Strategy Manager in planning, organizing, and executing strategic and large-scale projects aimed at organizational improvement.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and managing resources effectively.
  • Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and work to resolve any issues that may impact the project timeline or goals.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
  • Actively engage with various stakeholders across departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Support stakeholders in process improvement initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous enhancement and operational efficiency.
  1. Process Improvement and Organizational Change
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within project workflows and across departments.
  • Participate in organizational change initiatives, supporting the Senior Strategy Manager in designing and implementing improvements that contribute to long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure best practices are followed.
  1. Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed and organized project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and meeting notes.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance, resource allocation, and key metrics to the Senior Strategy Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project information is readily accessible, fostering transparency and accountability within the team.
  1. Risk Management and Issue Resolution
  • Proactively identify potential risks in project timelines, resources, or deliverables, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with the Senior Strategy Manager to address any issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Facilitate smooth project transitions and handovers between departments, ensuring seamless continuity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, ideally within a retail or customer-centric environment.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
