The Implementation Team is responsible for project managing implementations of agency/broker management systems and ancillary products, immediately following the point of sale. The Project Lead interacts with the customer to create a shared sense of direction and establish a trusted working relationship.
What You’ll Do
- Develops project plans and understands how to revise to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Completes various setup, configuration, and activation tasks.
- Manages or delivers services required to meet implementation goals on time and with high quality.
- Monitors customer issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Communicates project information, including difficult/sensitive information, to customer, team, and management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
- Maintains intermediate knowledge of product functionality.
- Manages complex implementations where multiple source systems are coordinated/converted.
- Mentors employees by shadowing and providing timely and constructive feedback on performance.
- Facilitates/participates in special committees between divisions/departments.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation and other product issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Additionally, you may have:
- PMP Certification
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Implementation experience
- Data Conversion experience
