Join us on a 6 month fixed-term contract. As a Project Lead in the Content team, you will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring projects related to the delivery of new and updated content to the EP platform.

You will manage a team of internal and external Educational Content Editors and Writers, you’ll orchestrate the timely delivery of top-notch content that captivates and educates. What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and team recruitment.
• Monitor project progress and budget, maintaining thorough documentation.
• Inspire high performance and a positive team culture among both internal and external teams.
• Flexibly manage shifting content priorities within a cross-functional environment.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills to engage and motivate teams towards success.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability and agility in managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality delivery.
