We are expanding our creative team of highly skilled professionals across our studios. We are looking for talented, client-focused architects with experience in design and delivery of significant projects. We are interested in your strengths and how they would effectively contribute to Wardle.
PROJECT LEAD, SYDNEY or MELBOURNE
ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented, client-focused architect with experience in design and delivery of significant, complex, large-scale projects within the University or Life Sciences sectors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Exemplary client engagement skills with a keen interest in developing new client relationships
- Experience in leading and managing projects bids and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple teams on large-scale projects from initial briefing to completion
- Registered architect with 8+ years’ experience leading the delivery of projects
- Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
- Awareness of contractual responsibilities of the project including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
PROJECT LEAD, SYDNEY or MELBOURNE
ROLE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Exemplary client engagement skills with a keen interest in developing new client relationships
- Experience in leading and managing projects bids and client presentations
- Design background leading the conceptual design of commercial projects
- Ability to manage multiple teams on large-scale projects from initial briefing to completion
- Registered architect with 8+ years’ experience leading the delivery of projects
- Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
- Awareness of contractual responsibilities of the project including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
- Ideally you would also be a Registered Design Practitioner under the Design and Building Practitioners Act (Sydney applicants).
PROJECT LEAD, BRISBANE
ROLE
We are currently working on a major Commercial project in Brisbane and are looking for an experienced, locally-based architect who will join our on-the-ground team as the project moves into the delivery phase. Working from the project office, you will liaise regularly with the wider project team in our Melbourne studio. To fulfill the needs of the role, we are looking for an architect with a passion for seeing a project through to completion, a commitment to design, and the capability to communicate effectively with builders and contractors so that they become invested in the vision of the project.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Exemplary client engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams on large-scale projects from initial briefing to completion
- 10+ years’ experience leading the delivery of projects, consultant coordination, preparing drawings, details, construction packages, schedules, reports and data presentations
- Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
- Awareness of contractual responsibilities of the project including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
