Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, providing insightful feedback and nurturing their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and various functional areas to comprehend client requirements and ensure effective project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, offering guidance to ensure projects remain aligned with objectives.
- Monitor key project metrics and timelines, producing regular status updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Evaluate project management processes on an ongoing basis, proposing enhancements to optimize efficiency and elevate client satisfaction.
- Facilitate seamless communication and cooperation among internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify insights and apply them to future initiatives
- Proactively recognize project risks and work collaboratively with your team to formulate effective mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of project management experience within financial services, software, or related sectors.
- Demonstrable success in managing and leading project management teams, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- A valid driver’s license is required; willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
- Preferred: PMP certification and/or other relevant project management certifications.
